Returns & Exchanges

At Allparts Music, we want to ensure you have the right components for your build; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all parts are in their original, uninstalled condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package the parts in their original retail packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Allparts

  Send your package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled to our returns processing center located at our headquarters.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned components for original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
